Lynn Spitz-Nagel creates sculptures of animals and birds and people with a combination of wire, wool and dog hair that she structures and spins and weaves herself.

“I try to weave a bit of their personalities into my animals. The raccoons are mischievous, the bunnies playful, the cats pensive. It’s been surprising to me that adults purchase my work with such regularity. Maybe there is a child in each of us that peeks through from time to time."
